The First 7 days are past and I’m moving into week 2 now. Weight loss for the first week is around 12 pounds!

Hey Youtube it’s Mike with www.RawFatLoss.com. Doing a video update and my videos have been getting deleted. I’ve uploaded my first video today. I’ve been on this eating plan for 7 days now and been eating 80% raw food diet. When I ate out it made me feel bad. My plan is to lift weights, and the past 7 days I’ve not lifted or exercised at all. Not going to do cardio and I’m going to transition this in slowly. I have tons of energy and I feel good… No, I feel great. Eating fruits and veggies and no nuts or seeds yet. I’ve always hated veggies. I’ve been juicing my veggies. I bought a Beville Juice fountain. Mixing celery cucumber carrots and apple. Going to start muscle building soon. The fat is melting off so fast. Any ideas on gaining muscle and losing fat would be helpful. I ate some stuff that wasn’t the best the last week. I’m going 100% raw this week. Let’s weigh in to see where we are at. 275.8 pounds so I’ve lost 12 pounds in 1 week! I’m looking forward to losing more. Those numbers are great. Quick fat loss. Weight loss is going great. Young Coconut Celery Cucumber Spinach Green Juice

**BONUS HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE!**
When you have good spinach on hand, chop it up with some chopped red peppers, then squeeze lime juice over the top: it is the most delicious fat free salad you could ever have.

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
1 Thai Young Coconut (Coconut Water)
1 head of Celery
1 Cucumber (unpeeled if organic, peeled if inorganic)
1 bunch of Spinach (organic is vital here…only get it if it looks vibrant and fresh!)

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
1) Open young coconut to get coconut water out ~ watch this video if you need help: http://bit.ly/u9Q4j

2) Run celery, cucumber and spinach through your Breville juicer, or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://bit.ly/mIrEW

3) Combine juice with the coconut water and add ice, if desired.

Do the work now! Plant the seeds, read the spiritual books, apply the teachings of the nutrition, practice meditation, kindness, forgiveness & patience… and most importantly, practice stopping the ego from reacting and wasting your precious energy! If you are unable to stop the ego, at the very least just observe it doing what it does with awareness…but do not judge! Just be aware. Awareness is always the first step…
