<p>Hey Youtube it&#8217;s Mike with www.RawFatLoss.com.  Doing a video update and my videos have been getting deleted.  I&#8217;ve uploaded my first video today.  I&#8217;ve been on this eating plan for 7 days now and been eating 80% raw food diet. When I ate out it made me feel bad.  My plan is to lift weights, and the past 7 days I&#8217;ve not lifted or exercised at all.  Not going to do cardio and I&#8217;m going to transition this in slowly.  I have tons of energy and I feel good&#8230;  No, I feel great.  Eating fruits and veggies and no nuts or seeds yet.  I&#8217;ve always hated veggies.  I&#8217;ve been juicing my veggies.  I bought a Beville Juice fountain.  Mixing celery cucumber carrots and apple.  Going to start muscle building soon.  The fat is melting off so fast.  Any ideas on gaining muscle and losing fat would be helpful.  I ate some stuff that wasn&#8217;t the best the last week.  I&#8217;m going 100% raw this week.  Let&#8217;s weigh in to see where we are at.  275.8 pounds so I&#8217;ve lost 12 pounds in 1 week!  I&#8217;m looking forward to losing more.  Those numbers are great.  Quick fat loss.
