    if your chronicaly obese dont go full swing into an excersize program like clubs have you at 45 mi, work slowly into it, build up your time so you can build your muscles up so you can handle it.

    thats burn at least double the amount of calories you eat and you should see weight loss. i would look at canned foods etc. and eat around 200 calorie meals, thats like a can of chilli, packet of top ramen etc. stay away from tv dinners that have 1,000 calories. i would also say the recommended amount of excersize is double that than the fda recommends (two one hour aerobic excersizes). Im doing it and see results.

    water is more important than food. bodybuilders have to eat in order to gain muscle wich is why they use whey powders etc. so this new bodybuilding/aerobic thing cancells itself out. another health fad. if you excersize the amount of calories you are intaking you will only maintain your bodyweight, so at least double the amount of calories you eat in order to see weightloss. stay away from dairy, eat lots of fruit as a snack instead of candybars, eat sensibly.

    dieting and excersize isnt going to kill you, you can fast for i think 60 days without dying. not only is the calories allowed in meals way over excesive the weight programs are way off. you cannot nor should you do weightlifting and aerobics at the same time, that complete junk. so many fads and scams. just eat sensibly, monitor your calories and id try to make sure your calorie burn is at least over double your calorie intake.

    if you really want to loose weight, dont use the bmr, its way off, i was told i could eat 2000 calories a day given my age and weight lololol. all you have to do to maintain effective weightloss is burn more calories than you eat. if you just burn your calorie amount your going to maintain your weight. I personaly feel these programs are way way off on the amount of calories you need to eat. 2000 calories is the equivalent of 10 packets of top ramen lololol.
