    Eating like a body builder is easy. More starchy carbs in the 3 – 6 hours after intense work outs. Stay away from them and just go with veggie carbs on other meals. It is that simple!!

    I only eat Chipotle Burritos on leg day. If I eat there and it is not on leg day, I will eat only 1/2 of the Burrito and save the other half for later. Get plenty of hot sauce on it as this also helps your body burn fat faster. I like to get 1/3 chicken, 1/3 shredded spicy beef, and 1/3 steak. It taste great, but that way you get a more broad arrangement of amino acids. And that is always good.

    I haven’t lost my Weight on my stomach (I look chubby when I finished eating but by the end of the day I come back to my skinny look) Should I Stop Eating too much? Or do I do Cardio or Continue with my ab exercises? I think I have my abs but they are not showing? And its hidden over fat? And When I began the ab exercises it was really hard for me but after 2 months its easy and I don’t get sore like when I started. But I think I’m doing something wrong because my abs are not showing.

    MMMMHHH burritos :D Since I’m Mexican I love these babies :D But what I like more is something called Torta’s Which is A loaf of bread with either Meat rice and beans inside the loaf of bread! Really tasty and I think high in protein! And hey darin im 18 years old (I’m going to be 19 On the 20 Of this month!) And I have been working out following some of your guides and tips.
