    My point was I dont want to lose muscle and fat I just want to get rid of the fat and maintain most of the muscles I already built up. Otherwise you sabotage your own hard gained muscles, the hard work and the time you put in it.
    I don’t really understand what is your point he is an ectomorph and he’ll never get fat, because in this case this video “Best Fat Loss Workout” would be a video of “how to increase your metabolism to lose fat” and not a workout video.

    @kakamatyi2 Ever heard of someone being an “Ectomorph”? That’s probably what he is. Means he has a really high metabolism and so he’ll really never get fat, but if he wants muscle he has to be in the gym like 24/7. I don’t know all the facts about this topic but i know that there are three types. Ectomorphs are skinny, Mesomorphs put on muscle super easy but usually can have a bit more fat than ectomorphs, and Endomorphs, put on fat super easy

    would it be a good idea to do sit ups somewhere in between the set so that you work the abs as well as arms and legs?
