Speaking of sugar, I read in Joe Frazier’s “How To Box and Train Like A Pro” that you don’t need to avoid sugar, but you need to definitely pay attention to WHAT sugar you use. Fruits have lots of sugars in them, but they’re natural sugars, with various natural benefits, while the refined sugar you buy basically takes all the benefits away while leaving the bad. Any comments/clarification on this? Also, I’m glad to see that dark chocolate is healthier, seeing how I prefer it!
