hey asshole…i … hey asshole…i have lost over 20 pounds in 2 months doing my wii…different things work for different people..especially when its winter time or youre single mom who works full time and just cant get outside all the time..so stop being so negative and narrow minded!!!
i used to play DDR … i used to play DDR a lot and one day it broke.
I still went outside a lot but I still gained weight so I guess DDR is a good workout
