I&#039;ve been eating quite a bit over the past week and quite a bit of sweet fruits... I was not trying to lose such a large amount but it just kind of happened.

Yeah, I&#039;m not afraid to cook a bit and this is not a &quot;religion&quot; to me. I&#039;m just going to a mainly raw eating plan.

Thanks for the advice and I&#039;ll check out Dr. Fuhrmans work, also I love pizza sauce... Great idea, and I bet I could make my own with out the sugar and stuff.</description>

Most medical professionals recommend a very generalized guideline of 1-2 pounds being a healthy weight loss because it&#039;s more sustainable.  A person can easily carry 5-10 pounds of impacted waste that will be released by eating more raw foods.  Steaming or blanching veggies is great, but raw is always best.  Great job on the juicing!!</description>

Yeah, I wasn&#039;t trying to lose that weight (Still ate lots) but it just kind of fell off like you said.  I will be mainly Raw and won&#039;t be cooking much, and to get the amount of greens I need the juicing will be the easiest in the beginning.  This week I&#039;m shooting for 100% raw, I&#039;m interested to see how I feel and what the results will be.  Thanks for the encouragement!</description>
