@strawMFNberry we need to work on improving your good fats consumed daily…and increase your cardio over time…so try to get in at least 1 handful of almonds for snack…once before lunch…and once before dinner.

I like to mix this one in between my other weekly cardio clips just to get my heart rate going…shoot for a total workout time of 30-45 mins of repeating or mixing up the other cardio weekly clips with this. No worries…you want to switch up between the clips…so its okay to do this one, and then maybe another one the next day. I tried to make enough of these crazy cardio and resistance clips to keep your body always guessing. I will be making some more shortly. However someone grabbed me by the arm and was like “Woah! u been trying to workout?” I was like, I ain’t trying I AM! lol Thanks so much!
