    let me tell you , I love bread just like most, I grew up in a house where i had bread for every meal , bread with eggs, bread with meat, bread with potatoes, u name it! anyway I came across irish moss , it is packed with nutrients and it tastes good, it has 92 minerals in it, zinc, magneism, iron and iodine, it helps u feel full and it feeds your cell and removes menstrual cramps and colds and ulcers, when u use it you do not crave carbs or sugar , it is amazing , irish moss powder go get some .
