hey Ahmad, i love your weekly specials. now i take out my frustration of boredom by doing these exercises you’ve given your time to, for us. the thing is, i am unable to do it daily to college schedules. so is it fine, if i skip a day or 2-3?
also, there is this chunk of belly fat i have; which week of cardio do you think will benefit me most then? i’ve finished week 1 with ease. week 2 is really something else! and i have a slight lower back problem, which hurts when i do week 2. so?

ouch. week 2 turned out to be so much tougher that the first. I’ve been doing week 1 for 7 times, every day, and now this workout totally exhausted me in like 15 min.
